Server Failure

Yesterday, on the 23rd of October, at 23:17 (GMT+3), one of the servers running the Participants' client terminals suddenly stopped working. Terminals of Participants 500244-500283 are running on this server.

The failure was detected at 10:30 (GMT+3) during the regular inspection of terminals today. The recovery works were performed till 12:07 (GMT+3). After that, all terminals installed on the server were restarted.

Currently, we are searching into the cause of the server failure. MetaQuotes Software Corp. apologizes to the Participants concerned for this incident.

Many of the participants trades was very strange earlier, was it caused by the server failure too ?
Why there is no action about participant's complaint about server did not executed stop loss ? ( by Waddah Hattar) This is for sure will ruin his trade strategy. Could Mql do a simulated version and record the result to the participant's account, before continuing to the current trade ?
