Automated Trading Championship 2007

MetaQuotes Software Corp., ODL Securities, Alpari (UK) Ltd., FXDD and TRADERS’ journal conducted the second annual Automated Trading Championship 2007. The best three developers of automated trading systems were spotted within three months. Estimation criterion was the absolute profit. The winners shared the Automated Trading Championship 2007 Prize of totally 80 000 US dollars!

The Championship started on the 1st of October and lasted till the 21st of December 2007. The main goal of its conduct was the popularization of the automated trading and the programming language MetaQuotes Language 4 (MQL4). Like a year before, during this competition hundreds of Expert Advisors struggled with each other. You could see, how different trading systems behaved in real market conditions, which of those trading strategies and tactics were efficient, which were not.

All through the Championship this site presented the detailed information about trade operations of each participant.
