Ten weeks of the Automated Trading Championship 2006 are over. Only 10 trading days are left till the end of the Championship. Leaders are still rotating in the Top Ten. Anyway, Ldamiani and Hendrick and are still holding top places in the Participants Table.

This week, the first place has been taken by the developer from Ukraine, Rich. He was the second a week ago. The preceding 5 trading days were very lucky for Rich. His equity makes about 43.7 thousand dollars. It must be noted that MACD, the Expert Advisor of this Participant, is rather effective. Its Profit Factor exceeds 5 units. So the first place is quite possible. Excellent result!

The second place is taken by Luis Damiani (ldamiani) from Brazil, with his Expert GUMASA. Although he could not increase his equity significantly, he saved it. This proves that having an aggressive Expert Advisor is half the battle. It is also important to be able to save the profits. Our congratulations to Luis to his 27 thousand and the second place!

This week was luckier than the previous one for Harry Brinkhuis (Hendrick) from the Netherlands. He left the Top Three after a number of losing trades last week. However, having made three profitable trades this week, he added 5 thousand to his equity. This allowed Harry to pass over his competitors, increase the equity up to 27 thousand, and take the third place. This is the way to go, Harry!

The last week leader, Michael Bullock (Zonker) from New Zealand, has lost his place after a number of unsuccessful trades. His Expert Advisor has had almost 10 thousand of losses in three open positions by the end of the tenth week. As a result, Zonker takes only fourth place.

Valeri Karpenko (Valvk) from Russia has met with some losses this week. We remind that he was the third with equity of 30 thousand last week. Unfortunately, this week, Valeri's strategy was less effective, which allowed him to take only the fifth place.

The total equity of the best Expert Advisors reduced this week and made only 138 thousand. This index made 172 thousand dollars last week.
