Automated Trading Championship 2006 Has Begun
The 1st October has arrived. The long-expected Automated Trading Championship 2006 has began, 258 Participants are engaged in it. Their Expert Advisors will compete for 3 months in order to show who is the best developer of automated trading systems and who will win US$80 000. "Both the Participants and ourselves have worked hard during these last two months. From now on nothing will depend on us or on the expert developers, everything will be done automatically. We will now watch the development of the Championship," said Renat Fatkhullin, CEO of the MetaQuotes Software Corp. Since the start of the Championship the website as significantly changed. All news of the Championship is immediately published there. The first page of the website always contains the top 10 developers and their positions on charts. Details of other Participants can be found in the corresponding section. You can find detailed information about each trading account and analyze the work of each expert advisor directly on the website. The latest data about trade positions and transactions, the latest records from the Client Terminal journal and expert advisors’ logs are always available. Investor’s passwords are also published, by using them you can watch from the MetaTrader 4 Client Terminal how every expert works. Personal details of Participants (taken from the “Public” tab of the Participant’s Profile) are also published. "We will keep all Participants and visitors of the website informed about the latest developments. We will publish weekly reports about the Championship and consider various trading situations in detail. This information will be really valuable as it will unfold many details of how expert advisors work under real conditions, not in the Strategy Tester", Renat Fatkhullin pursues. MetaQuotes Software Corp. deeply appreciates the Championship Sponsors: Spacevision Switzerland SA, FXDD and Interbank FX. Created: 2006.10.01 Author: MetaQuotes

Very impressive site! Good Luck Everyone!
Great job,
Thanks. I'am from Indonesia, i have been used MetaTrader for almost a year, but unfortunately
i dont understand programming language, my english not good either. So i cannot
participate on this competition. I hope if this competition will be held again,
and I can participate on it because i want to learn about this programming language
first. i think this problem happened to other indonesian. But, i like to use MetaTrader
program 4 'coz, it's friendly to use, I usually use Fibonacci retracement, trend line and RSI before take postions manually, i have to learn first how to
take position base on it then can trade automatically, how nice if i can do it.
.. I hope indonesian will be the winner... Good luck my friends....
